Shipping Policy

A legal disclaimer

Pyro Tool will arrange shipping of the Products to the address you provide at checkout. We currently ship to [the United States/selected countries]. You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for any delivery failures or delays if the address provided was incorrect or incomplete. Once your order is processed and ready for shipment, we will provide an estimated delivery date and tracking information (if available). Shipping times indicated on the site or in communications are estimates only and not guaranteed. While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, actual delivery can be affected by factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, weather, or regulatory inspections (especially for pyrotechnic-related tools).

Title to and risk of loss for the Products you purchase generally pass to you upon delivery of the item to your designated address (or upon pickup if you arrange to collect the item from us). In cases where we arrange shipping via a third-party carrier, risk of loss may transfer to you once we hand over the package to the carrier, as permitted by law. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us so we can assist in resolving the issue with the carrier. We insure or declare value for shipments as appropriate, but ultimate liability for transit issues may lie with the shipping carrier. We will make reasonable efforts to help track missing packages or replace items damaged in transit.

Shipping charges (and any applicable handling fees) will be clearly shown at checkout before you finalize your order. Any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes that apply for shipments outside of our primary shipping region are the responsibility of the recipient. Make sure to understand and comply with any local laws or regulations regarding the import or use of the Products you order. We are not responsible for any items seized or restricted by authorities due to regulatory reasons, but if such a situation arises and the product is returned to us in new condition, we can refund the product cost minus any shipping or handling fees incurred.

If your order is returned to us by the carrier as undeliverable (for example, due to an incorrect address or failure to pick up the package), we will contact you for an updated address or further instructions. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment. If we cannot reach you or do not receive a response within a reasonable time, we may cancel the order and refund you the product price minus original shipping costs.
