The item should be in new, unused condition and, if possible, in its original packaging with all components/accessories included (unless the reason for return is a product defect or damage in transit). If the return is due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part (e.g., we sent the wrong item), we will cover the return shipping cost and offer you the choice of a full refund or a replacement of the product. For returns of non-defective items (such as if you changed your mind or ordered the wrong item), we may require that you pay the return shipping, and a restocking fee could apply in certain cases (we will inform you of any such fee at the time of your return request). 30-Day Warranty: All Products sold on PyroTool.com come with a 30-day limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, effective from the date of delivery. This means that we guarantee the Product will be free from significant manufacturing defects and will function as advertised under normal use for at least 30 days. If a Product you purchase from us proves to be defective or fails under normal use within 30 days of delivery, contact us immediately to report the issue. We will, at our discretion, provide a repair, replacement, or full refund for the defective item, at no additional cost to you. In some cases, we may ask you to return the defective product to us (at our expense) or to provide photographs or a detailed description of the defect to facilitate troubleshooting or claims with the manufacturer.

This 30-day warranty covers only manufacturing defects or failures that arise during normal intended use of the product. It does not cover damage or problems caused by misuse, abuse, improper assembly or maintenance, modifications or alterations, accidental damage (such as drops or impacts), normal wear and tear, or use of the product in a manner contrary to its intended purpose or instructions. For example, using a crimping tool for purposes other than its designed function, or subjecting it to extreme conditions not recommended by the manufacturer, would void this warranty.

Except for the express 30-day warranty provided above, Pyro Tool disclaims all other warranties and conditions, express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so certain disclaimers in this paragraph may not apply to you. This 30-day warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
